Organization billing API — fine-grained token required
The Hugging Face provider connects StackSpend to your organization’s billing data via the Hugging Face API. StackSpend tracks costs from the date of connection onward, aligned to the monthly billing cycle.

Prerequisites
- A Hugging Face organization account
- Admin or owner access to the organization
Setup

Create an access token
Go to huggingface.co → Settings → Access Tokens and click New token. Set the type to Fine-grained.
Enable the following permissions:
- User → Read access to your billing usage and subscription info
- Organizations → Read access to organizations settings
Copy the token after creation.
Fine-grained token required.You must use a fine-grained token with both user billing and organization settings scopes enabled. A regular read token does not have billing access and will not work.

Add to StackSpend
In StackSpend, go to Providers → Hugging Face. Enter your access token and your organization name (the slug from your organization’s Hugging Face URL). Click Save.
