Managing your subscription

Subscription management is handled through the Stripe customer portal. To access it:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal.

From the Stripe portal you can:

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
  • Add or update your payment method (credit card or bank account).
  • Download past invoices.
  • Cancel your subscription.
Note.Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellations also take effect at cycle end — you retain access until then.

Trial expiry

Your 14-day trial begins when you create your workspace. If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends:

  • Your account is suspended — you cannot log in or access data.
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after suspension.
  • To reactivate, add a payment method via Settings → Billing before the 30-day retention window closes.
  • After 30 days, workspace data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Data deletion. After 30 days of suspension, all workspace data — providers, cost history, anomalies, and settings — is permanently deleted. Add a payment method before this deadline to avoid losing data.
